CoinSSP Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
Agreeing to the Terms: Users must agree to these Terms of Service before using CoinSSP's services. Use of the service will be deemed acceptance of the terms.
2. Service Description
Services: CoinSSP provides a quantitative trading platform, including but not limited to trade execution, data analysis, risk management and other functions.
CoinSSP reserves the right to modify the content of the service at any time, and is not responsible for service interruptions or changes.
3. User Responsibilities
Legitimate Use: Users must use CoinSSP's services legally and in compliance with the law, and not for illegal purposes.
Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and are responsible for all activities conducted using their accounts.
4. Service Changes and Termination
Notification of Changes: CoinSSP may modify or terminate the Services at any time and will endeavor to notify Users in advance.
Termination: Users may stop using the Services at any time and shall comply with the termination procedures.
5. Disclaimer
Market Risk: CoinSSP shall not be liable for any loss due to market changes.
Technical Risks: CoinSSP shall be exempt from liability for any interruption of service or loss due to technical problems to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights
Intellectual Property Rights: CoinSSP owns all relevant intellectual property rights in its Services. Users are not allowed to copy, modify or distribute any content in the Services.
7. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
Applicable Law: The TOS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which it is registered.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from the TOS shall be resolved through friendly negotiation, and if it cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the court of the country where CoinSSP is registered for resolution.
